Positive: The apartment was generously spacious. Whole Schladming-Dachstein area is great for both biking and hiking. Schladming-Dachstein card included was wery useful.
Negative: I missed meshed screens on windows against annoying flies - it would be such an upgrade to the apartment.

Positive: We liked the position of the house, the views. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, the beds were very comfortable.
Negative: You cannot operate the heating by yourself, which is not very convinien if you have small kids and they are cold. When I asked what do we do if we cold, the owner recommended to put blanket on...The second evening he rang our doorbell asking us what are we doing,that our electricity use is being to high and that I will have to pay extra for electricity, claiming it is 26 degrees in the apartment...(I was cooking and baking). There are no radiators to dry your wet skiing clothes on(there are 2 radiators in the bathrooms,but they were barely on..and you can't raise their temperature.). The owner told us to dry our clothes on the floor(underfloor heating), which is not very practical. There is no washing machine or proper espresso machine or big fridge (even the space is big enough to accommodate them). We have food allergies,so we had to cook a lot and small fridge is not big enough to store all the food and what you cooked. There are 20 steps to reach the apartment,so if you have lots of heavy bags,it is quite difficult. I do have my own guest house and if I would tell my guests to dry their clothes on the floor and didn't allow them to adjust the temperature according their needs, they would turn around and leave.

Positive: Great location on 1200+m altitude which guaranteed a fresh snow and dry weather 9n our dates. There are a lot of ski running routes starting just from the house that are grummed and prepared every morning. The apartment had everything needed, great terrace view and forest views.
