Positive: Centrally located, near cable cars, center of town, shops swimming pool. The apartment is historic and decorated tastefully with some antique furniture and old family posters, which all provides a unique Tirolian experience. We loved the coffee machine and Assortiment of delicious tees. The kitchen had everything you might need and so did the the bedrooms. We loved the large table in the living room and the porches from most rooms. Super clean. Was great to also receive the summer cards which provided an added value.

Negative: Would be great to have a possibility to do laundry on premises.

Summary: An amazing appartement, location and host! Everything you need to make your trip unforgettable! :)

Positive: Wonderful apartment in a great, central location. Very comfortable with everything we needed for a superb week in St Anton. Bibi and Clemens could not have been more charming hosts.

Positive: The property is incredibly well situated at the bottom of the Saint Anton main lift area. You could not be any closer really ! We were met on the first day with a glass of fizz and a cheese and meat platter. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I’ve never stayed in a kitchen that was better equipped, and the dining room and living area were perfect. We were one large family 1(0 of us) and there was easilly enough room for us. The beds and sheets were very comfortable and the heating was always on. It’s very close to the train station but has parking as well. We were made to feel very welcome by Bibi and we would come back again!

Positive: We had the most wonderful stay at Haus Richard Falch this past week! Bibi and her husband were delightful hosts which helped us with whatever we needed including grocery shopping, breakfast bakery deliveries and organising ski rentals. We were warmly welcomed to the chalet on the first day with charcuterie and prosecco which was a lovely touch. The chalet is very spacious and clean with that traditional Austrian charm. We were less than a 100m walk to 2 of the main gondolas and very close to many restaurants/apres venues. We will 100% stay again next time we return to st Anton. Thank you again!

Negative: Two sets of stair cases to reach the living spaces however this was not an issue as the host kindly helped us with our suitcases

Positive: Almost everything was perfect. Bibi, the hostess, was very welcoming and she made sure everything was perfect. From how clean everything was, to how easy it was to order bread and especially how close it was to the lifts. This was simply a very pleasant stay.

Negative: If I have to mention something, it’s probably the low ceilings, we were with 9 tall Dutch people and had to occasionally duck to not hit the ceiling. But a minor inconvenience really in a very Austrian nice apartment.

Summary: Great, absolutely loved it.
