Positive: The view is absolutely unbelievable. It massively exceeded my expectations, and my expectations were high. Also, for the location and breakfast included, it was relatively affordable! The breakfast was great if you're a vegetarian or vegan. A nice selection of fruit, cheeses, vegetables, proteins, breads, coffees, teas, cereals, etc.. It has everything you want. The staff were nice, and the breakfast environment was communal with a relaxed atmosphere. The room was beautiful and had everything you need, and also the staff were kind enough to accommodate my request for a candle and some matches. It's also great to see such a nice, successful business ran (seemingly) entirely by women. This isn't important, but it was just something nice to note.

Negative: The breakfast could have been slightly better. But as far as Swiss breakfasts go, it was perfectly acceptable! I would have preferred different cheeses, but that is totally subjective and not important. Also, if you get the bus too late from Leukerbad it will drop you in Tschingeren, and you will have to walk to the hotel, which is very difficult! It says 35 minutes, but it's definitely longer. It's entirely uphill the whole way, and if you're walking at night time, it's a bit difficult (and even a little scary). If you have suitcases, DO NOT get the bus after 8pm to Tschingeren, get a taxi/Uber. It is essentially an uphill hike for ~1 hour. That being said, it's actually quite a nice walk. But as the check-in closes at 10pm, there's a risk you'll miss it if you're too slow

Summary: Amazing view, very comfortable room, not too expensive, nice breakfast, nice staff. Perfect!

Positive: Very clean and comfortable room, friendly service. Only thing is the way to the hotel. If you go to Albinen by car, the road is not wide enough to pass an oncoming car sometimes. As buses are running there, you will get nervous if a bus is coming when you drive. Nevertheless, the hotel is super nice and recommendable!

Positive: Beautiful stay, cozy and well appointed. The owners are very friendly and clearly in love with their place. The view is stunning and the property is located outside a small town with easy transportation to both Leukerbad or the nearest train station. Amazing!

Positive: great panorama from balcony, comfortable but soft matrac, good coffee for breakfast, fruits for breakfast, multiple cheeses for breakfast, got help with my suitcase when arrived (stairs), spacious parking, interesting local beers provided, nice location for hiking, perfect adventure in Gemmi, got map and advices about the nearest hikes

Negative: they didn't remove my garbage for 5 days (was I supposed to do that?) needed ear plugs because of zero noise insulation no knife was provided for cheeses at breakfast, asked for it, but didn't get (very few slices, they disappeared fast) strange host lady: "Much Ado About Nothing" please clean the toilet with chlorine, it smelled really bad
