Positive: Very kind and helpful hosts. Fully equipped appartament with nets in the windows for ventilation without bugs. We were only missing microwave oven, but that is a point of preference. Spotless clean. Quiet location with nice mountain view. Easy parking under the roof.

Positive: We used this place as a hub for motorcycle rides in the Dolomites and nearby areas. It was well suited for this kind of activity. The host kindly provided access to his garage, where we could securely store our motorcycles. There was also parking space for our car with a trailer, as we had towed the bikes to the apartment.

Negative: The rooms—especially the kitchen and living room—could be more spacious, but since we were out riding all day, it didn’t really matter to us. There also aren’t many restaurants or cafés right next to the house, but that wasn’t a big deal either, as we spent most of our time exploring the area.

Positive: Haus Mitti is a very tidy, spacy and well-equipped apartment. Perfect for couples exploring both Lienz area and east of the Dolomites. The location is very relaxing, almost zero traffic, no city noise. View is also very beautiful to the surrounding mountains. Hosts are also very friendly and helpful.

Negative: A washing machine would be useful.

Summary: Very nice 'headquarter' to discover the beauties of Osttirol.
