Positive: The Murtal (the valley of the river Mura) is a hidden gem in the Austrian Alps, and HausGreet is the perfect place to explore it from. The view from the small yard of the house to the hillside across is stunning, the accommodation is fully equipped, and the host is incredibly kind and flexible. The whole area feels magical. There’s a small grocery shop just around the corner (only a 2-minute walk), and there’s also an old but pleasant restaurant in the village — it might look closed at first glance, but it's actually open and operating. The yard is fully enclosed, which makes this place absolutely ideal for guests traveling with pets. We’re so grateful that both our border collie and our cat could enjoy their stay just as much as we did. A perfect stay – 100% recommended.
