Positive: Alexandra was lovely. She let us check in early and gave us a full run down on everything to do in the city and maps. If staying two nights the guest card is great as well with free public transport around town. The kitchen is also great to cook meals.

Negative: Some basic cooking implements such as spatula and wooden spoon would be good. The beds are also very soft which might suit some but far too soft for us.

Positive: Had human touch. Felt like the bed and bfast places in the UK. Host was very helpful. Had a small place to eat with kettle and other items you need. Also a fridge was available to keep your perishable items,

Negative: The climb to the house from the bus stand. It was little steep..

Positive: The communal kitchen for the four rooms was perfect for making breakfast in the morning, and was super convenient. I could imagine also cooking dinner there if we stayed longer than a few nights. The room was clean and well presented, with a cute outdoor space. Alexandra (the host) was incredibly friendly, helpful and flexible. She even helped us pick out some good activities to do during the (extremely) hot weather. Several really good local eating places in the area (I can recommend Burenwirt and Höttinger Scheißstand).

Negative: It would have been nice to have the option of separating the two beds, but it wasn't essential for us. It is up a steep hill, which I could imagine being an issue if you aren't particularly fit or have a lot of bags!

Positive: It is a family house with a separate floor given for the rooms. You may use the kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It's a very quiet place. The host is very hospitable and kind.

Negative: It's located on top of the hill, so it may be a problem for people with knee issues. If you are healthy, nevermind this comment! They also do not offer breakfast so you need to bring your food in advance. The kitchen though offers all options either to cook or warm up your food.
