Positive: Safe environment, good access to the room for those with large luggage, aesthetic and clean accommodation, and very helpful and friendly hosts!

Negative: I didn't give the best rating for the location because it's a bit far from the highways, which is a subjective assessment. But for those who want to see Trier and the surrounding area, the location is great.
