Negative: The door to the toilet wouldn’t close and was disappointed there was no telescope at the facility which was listed in the items available to use.

Positive: The PurePod was truly beautiful, with gorgeous views that added to the overall charm of the stay. The interior fit-out was great quality and it felt quite spacious. The deck, bbq and deck chairs was a lovely bonus, so you could soak in the scenery over dinner. It was also a brilliant spot for star gazing - much better than Lake Tekapo as the area around the PurePod is completely dark. We saw lots of rabbits and some NZ falcon.

Negative: It would have been appreciated if, given the price, some snacks had been included eg muesli for breakfast, local fruit, cookies, etc.

Positive: It is in the midst of nature, where we are the only 2 human beings. I like it that we were greeted by alpacas, rabbits and birds once we entered the gate during our short hike to the accommodation.

Negative: It will be good to have wifi
