Positive: Incredible views over the bay, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed equipment wise. Very clean, very comfortable, very handy laundry facilities.

Negative: The driveway is very steep so perhaps not for a nervous driver, and parking in a large car can be a bit of a squeeze.

Negative: The ants came in to eat our food almost instantly. The beds in the outside room were not comfortable. We were surprised that a house that sleeps 6 only had 1 couch & a small 4ppl dining table.
