Positive: Costas is a wonderful host who is truly passionate about the restoration projects in the village. His museum offers a glimpse of a by-gone era of self sustainable life in the Cypriot hills. The meal he cooked was wonderful and so big there was enough for another night. There is an air fryer in the studio. The village is so quiet, not a barking dog around, just the sound of the partridges, the frogs and the crickets, truly relaxing.

Positive: Amazing place to stay with amazing host! Also we made a private workshop of cooking halumi cheese and paluzeo (dessert). Silence and authentic experience which will stay in our hearts. We’ll advise to visit this place to all our friends

From the moment you arrive, you're immersed in Cypriot history and traditions. Every corner of the house tells a story, and the owner is an incredible storyteller — guiding you through the home, explaining the meaning behind each item, and sharing the culture with so much passion. He even prepares traditional Cypriot breakfast and lunch with care and pride. It’s not just accommodation, it’s an experience — warm, authentic, and full of soul.

Negative: One small tip for future guests: if you're not comfortable driving through very narrow village streets, it's best not to drive all the way to the house. There's a designated parking area just a couple of minutes' walk away, which belongs to the museum-house. Much easier and stress-free!
