Summary: I read the reviews and expected it to be outdated, which I was ok with. But it wasn’t clean and the tile floor in the bathroom was wet for an unknown reason.

Summary: Room was not great - was old and in need of repairs and updating. In the room (The attic) the bathroom floor tiles were no longer waterproof. They held the water and it felt like you were standing in a sponge. The town of Richmond was lovely.

Summary: Quirky and fun. For one night the Gypsy caravan was grest. Hatchers Retreat is great and full of interesting stuff along with great stories. Food in restaurant was good too.

Summary: The property is old, tired and worn out. The paint, finishes facilities are worn, cracked and unattractive. The dining room is dark, heavy and cluttered. The staff were nice, but clearly have been doing this a long time. It is time for an update for this property

Summary: Space was not very clean (Room or restaurant). Restaurant food was fine but expensive for the quality. Beds are very old so not super comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the area beautiful.

Summary: The couple we’re welcoming & friendly the room was clean but was so old & dated, definitely need new beds & linen, outside grounds are shabby, but they were good enough to allow me to cook a stir fry, everything needs an upgrade
