Positive: The location was amazing. Very close to the beach, beautiful. The house was very nice and clean.

Negative: There was no communication at all with the owners of the house. Everything was through an app. When I had questions I had no one to ask. There was no wifi, nor a washing machine or a dishwasher. This is all okey but wasn't communicated ahead of time. We really needed wifi and laundry and no one could help. This should be stated clearly ahead if time. We got over 50 useless emails from the app. It was very annoying. I prefer a personal communication.

Positive: That it was close to the water and amongst the trees.

Negative: That it took so long to get a key card to go in and out. The place made a point to express the cleanliness and it wasn't. There was garbage under the bed upstairs, everything was dusty upstairs. The bathroom was dirty around the toilet and floor. The floor was definately not cleaned. Good thing I had bought cleaning supplies. I cleaned myself. Whom ever they had clean there place, it wasn't professional at all. They should get their money back. They should try someone else and get their money back

Positive: The location was exceptional. The beach area directly across form The property was a great place to walk and relax and we even saw killer whales across the bay.

Negative: The only thing that may have improved the property would have been a larger bathroom and shower.

Summary: the property was quiet clean and restful with deer walking right up to the porch one morning.

Positive: Owner was very accommodating and pleasant. It’s a great location for privacy and rest.

Negative: The clubhouse facilities, especially the pool, was disgusting, couldn’t swim the entire time here (12 days). No heat, unless you are a wiz with wood stoves. I was always freezing. No internet. Needed to use hot spot and it was sketchy. Stove needs updating. Burners don’t sit flat. Cooking on a slope. Lol. No laundry facilities within 18 miles. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay.
