Positive: The team at the front desk on Saturday was very hospitable.

Negative: The attendant at the front desk when I checked in on Friday evening 9/26 was rude. He needs to learn to speak to guest in a professional manner. The smell of the carpet in the hallway had a moldy and wet smell Recommendation for brunch on Sunday 9/28 by the front desk turned out to be futile. Ashley’s Restaurant is closed for renovations and it’s location doesn’t seem safe

Positive: Cleanliness, the staff was kind and got us whatever we needed (extra towels, toilet paper, etc.)

Negative: The pool was closed for maintenance :(

Positive: We liked the friendly checkin persons, the location is good, they even offered buses to get to DreamRide, the reason for our trip. We had a good rest to attend the car show on Saturday and Sunday.

Negative: We were a bit disappointed, that the pool was not accessible because of renovation. The cleaning of our room was not so thorough, and also the coffee was not fully stocked, only one cup for two adults.
