Positive: Room was very fresh & clean! Location 10 mins to tube station perfect for getting into the centre! Host was there on arrival to show us where everything was. Great communication with host during stay made us feel very welcome 🙏 Would defo recommend and defo use again if we were in the area.

Positive: Nice big house and room set up suited us well. We had ground floor bedrooms 1 (double my two adult sons shared) and 3 (double) We needed a triple room so the extra bed was the couch (for me) in the converted front room which gave us a massive telly to watch 🤣. The room for my son and daughter in law (room 3) was right opposite. We were all next to the kitchen. There was breakfast ready to help yourselves in the kitchen. Use of fridge available and everything for cooking too. Parking is easy on the drive and road and the train station is 5 minutes easily turning left out of the door. The landlord reacted well to requests and was very polite and kind. He communicated really well and allowed us to leave our car on the driveway so we could visit London before we returned home

Negative: The property seems fairly new however we felt it needed a deep clean, the floors were gritty and our socks got dirty. There were marks on walls doors etc that need dealing with even just for aesthetics, the diy is not well finished and needs attention. The sliding bathroom door is very difficult especially if you have any disability or arthritis, it got so stiff it came off its runner meaning that we had little privacy in the bathroom although there were two room doors to shut but I wasn’t strong enough to do so as they stuck. The outside needs tidying (there were dirty ashtrays and overgrown grass) even though it’s winter this property is claiming to be a b n b. A sign in the front outside saying b n b would help us find it. The landlord was only available by phone and we had to let ourselves in, we were to help ourselves to breakfast and the choice was extremely limited. We asked if gluten free could be catered for but this didn’t happen. We were actually very disappointed this property didn’t deliver as a proper bed and breakfast as we had come for a graduation in Harrow and to go to London and decided to pay the extra for this service rather than an apartment, as I am in recovery from harsh cancer treatment and we wanted to not have to do much ourselves. We bought our own coffee milk and breakfast even though we had prepaid. Also attention to detail which we agree we should have mentioned on arrival but had things to do, the hand towel in the bathroom had make up on it, there are no bathrobes as advertised and only 2 pairs of cheap disposable slippers between 5 of us, there’s no excuse these are £5 for 10 pairs! The inside of the fridge was not fully clean, the sink drainer was stained, a rug in the kitchen was so dirty it changed colour and the cooker, especially the back splash, was filthy with grease. Do we couldn’t really cook in the kitchen due to my low immunity.

Positive: Location to the railway station to get to a Wembley event was great and the host met us and were very friendly. Free parking space was an advantage and area was quiet and property was easy to find.

Negative: Room was noisy next to the kitchen and also the bathroom pipes ran within the room, which was noisy from the bathroom upstairs (we were in the converted garage area)

Summary: Good location for Wembley, easy to fin, free parking and hosts were friendly - a little noisy inside

Positive: Lovely place. All brand new and clean. Staff lovely. Kitchen well equipped with lots of food bits too. Only thing I would say is if youre advertising it with parking you need to do a propper drop kerb as driving up the pavement causes damage to the car
