Positive: Beautiful home and the most amazing welcome gifts as well. Much appreciated. Lovely hot water and everything we needed and more. Short walks in every direction to get to places of interest, shop etc.

Positive: Perfect location, easy to find, ample on street parking and a short walk from Berwick Upon Tweed town centre. Property was comfortable, exceptionally well appointed with welcoming personal touches. Ensuite shower and separate wet room. Access with ramp to the front door and all facilities on one level. Open plan spacious kitchen and lounge area. Within easy reach of restaurants, cafes and shopping areas by Berwick Bridge.

Summary: Very relaxing stay with all facilities to ensure a good break.

Positive: Cosy cottage with modern interior. Lots of floor space and just the right amount of space for a family of four. Showers were excellent.

Negative: Noisy when moving around - creaking floors and doors and clunky door latches. Hard to be stealthy after putting our young kids to bed.

Positive: Lovely family cottage. Very cosy and great space. Lovely welcome package. Thank you. Everything we needed. Very clean close to spittal and berwick.

Negative: The main door is very tricky... has to be locked to stay closed. The lock itself was hard to lock it was little tempremental ar times. We also had to travel early due to travel weather warnings so we arrived really early.. unfortunatly there were guests in before us so cldnt check in until 4pm ... little bit of hanging around for us but we managed x

Positive: I visited with my elderly parents. Really modern but cozy. Spotless and very comfortable including the beds. Easy access to all rooms for those with mobility issues. Wet room fab. Really good location for exploring the area. We loved the extra wee touches...pint milk in the fridge, teabags and bickies. We'll done ✔️

Negative: The main door was a pain and needs attention. Was really difficult to close properly but it locked ok. Mum and dad really struggled with it. I didn't report to owners as I was always with my parents and able to close for them but could be a problem for others.

Positive: The cottage was lovely. The furnishings were of a very high standard. It was spotless and had lovely linen on the beds. Great location.

Negative: As there was no garden, it would have been nice to have had a bench at the front of the house.
