Positive: I upgraded to the lake view junior suite and loved everything about my stay. The suite itself was large, comfortable and extremely clean. Loved being able to look out to the lake from inside the suite and from a huge outdoor terrace. The staff and management were absolutely lovely. And the location is perfect on the main road. I used the pool and hot tub once each and was glad to be able to do so. Was just a delightful stay overall. Can't wait to return.

Positive: Love the location, view was amazing, the room was spacious and the beds were comfy.
Negative: I didnt like the fact that there was no room service for cleaning. No fresh towels, had to ask for clean towels and the dirty towels just stayed in our room untilcheck out. Garbage wasn't taken out and toilet paper was replenished and had to ask for more.
