Positive: We love the property, it was spacious and my kid can running around the caravan. The swimming pools were great. There were youtube and netflix, we enjoyed every night. It was clean and tidy and comfortable like home.

Negative: The first night was my partner’s birthday, i have asked for some decorations when book and the staff have said yes. But nothing when we arrived. There was not instruction for check out and I needed to ask the staff from Vale which is the other holiday home service provider. The hot water supply was not stable, we waited for a long time in the bath tub for it. Luckily it happened on our last day.

Negative: This isn’t the property but the club on site only takes card over the bar but then expect you to pay cash for bingo . Only opinion you should take cash for both.

Positive: Thought the site was very well kept, the lodge was in a good position, comfortable and well kept.

Negative: Though the lodge eas a little lacking in equipment, such as a tea pot sweeping brush and mop would have been handy for cleaning, and some refuse bags also, had a problem with the hot water but this was sorted by the site staff.
