Summary: Everything was great except for the very slow check-in procedure. They had enough staff, but VIP guests were taken first, even if other guests had been waiting. Every guest should be treated as a VIP on a first-come come first-served basis. The hotel is nice, friendly staff, lots of choices for food, charge for Wi-Fi?

Summary: Not as teen friendly as expected, teens cannot walk in hotel by themselves to gift shop, eat at cafe or Starbucks. The description should show this upfront. It’s too bad they don’t offer a movie theater or a teen club onsite

Summary: No bathtub like the picture promotes for a room that costs over 200 dollars, quite disappointing. Shower head has a low flow mist like spray, water temp indicators are backwards. No microwave, no pen and paper, no tea or coffee maker. Desk chair stuck at lowest setting making it unusable to sit at desk. At least it was quiet.

Summary: Hell's Kitchen was amazing! It would be nice to have free wi-fi. There was no housekeeping services which we were never informed of. Trash was never emptied, never brought clean towels. We ran out of toilet paper and soap. We called down for new towels, TP and soap and it was brought in a timely manner. Tried to venture out to pool area, but it was s crowded and not one chair where we could place out stuff. Every staff member that we had contact with were very friendly and accommodating except for the taco truck. Very unfriendly!

Summary: Stayed in Dive Inn tower, close/short walk to pool, Rooms were clean, bathrooms were nice and spacious. Hells Kitchen food was great but be aware there no kids menu. Pool for adults-bartenders not horrible but not great, you’re allowed to smoke cigarettes while in the pool so you’re swimming in ashes since none of the drunks were sitting in the pool with an ashtray. Pool for families/lazy river was just OK my kids had a good time but it was dirty, cloudy water, hard to find a lounge chair people were literally arguing over placing towels on chairs when no one sitting there and just stealing the chairs. Supposed to be servers but rarely saw one and I would have had to scream and wave for one to even come in my direction. I inquired with another employee about getting a server and they never came. And this was a Monday in August. I will not go to the pool again I would only come here just to see a show, as I have in the past, or eat at Hells Kitchen.

Summary: I made reservations here specifically for the pools and a visit to Hells Kitchen. I didnt know that only the lazy river was for the kids and the other pools were adults only which was upsetting because nowhere on the website did i see it mentioned. My kids had an ok time but really wanted to have their options of the other pools. Had i know i probably would not have made reservations here for our family stay. There was nothing else for them to do throughout the day which is understandable because it is a casino. The pool area gets crowded fast and if there are no open seats its almost impossible to find something for a while.
