Summary: We were disappointed in where this house was. It was at the bottom on the mountain, no view unless you look up and imagine the view the houses above you have. All bedrooms were on second and third floors. The cleaning crew missed the obvious food left in the trash and the batter than had run down the side of the stove/cabinet from previous renters (which I cleaned). The ceiling fans had not been cleaned in a long time, so my husband cleaned all bedroom fans for allergy reasons. There was only one outdoor trash can, so we had to call twice to get emptied, only once someone came. The hot water heater is not large enough to accommodate the house. I’ve since heard the cleaning co. has changed, but wouldn’t rent this home again.
