Positive: The location is great for exploring Viimsi peninsula. Very convenient, walkable from shops, restaurants, beach. Safe and relaxing. The host was super-friendly and ready to help, I had everything I needed and small pleasant bonuses in addition.

Negative: I lliked everything. Some bits need work, but the place has only opened a few weeks back and it takes time to get things up and running.
