Summary: The staff were rude, and the customer service was disappointing. The breakfast itself was decent, but the atmosphere was uncomfortable due to the excessive monitoring. Management stood at the breakfast entrance collecting the vouchers issued at check-in, which made the experience feel unwelcoming and overly controlled. The only positive was the value for money, as I booked the stay through another website at a discounted rate. Overall, it left a very negative impression.

Summary: Hotel is old, air quality sub-par, a/c sub par, sink water pressure poor, and breakfast very cheap (think watery eggs). I won't go back.
