Positive: I truly enjoyed my two week stay at Harmony Hotel. My mum and I found all the staff members to be lovely and very helpful and the overall services excellent. The location is great which is a bonus
Negative: When we checked in , the receptionist advised us we need to upgrade rooms as kingsized rooms are not for same sex.. I advised her im with my mother and if i wasnt allowed to book the room the system should not have allowed me to book it or it should have had a pop up to advise this. This conversation was hard as we checked in at 5am after a 13 hour travel and it was just pure nonsense. The receptionist did give us a free upgrade and found the solution but only after an unpleasant back and forth.
Summary: outside of the hiccup upon check in the rest of ourstay was smooth and pleasant

Positive: The staff are polite and professional, all of them without exception. The restaurant offer very nice menu, clearly prepared by a skilled chief! The coffee shop offer excellent coffee, i needed business center for some urgent business and the have it available! I planned my stay for only 2 days at the start, but ended up staying the whole week.
Negative: Nothing to complain about.
