Positive: It was dog friendly and can park right at front door.

Negative: We arrived to a hot accommodation- all blinds were open and the sun was streaming in. Would’ve thought in the middle of Summer that blinds would be drawn so it isn’t so hot when guests arrive. The air con worked for the main room but the bedroom & bathroom were uncomfortably hot- there was only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The light in the bedroom turned on at 4.20am and woke us up- was it on a timer? The bed was a bit soft for our liking. There was a lot of bird poop on the outdoor chairs. We didn’t even see let alone meet the hosts.

Summary: Disappointing- I had such a lovely time last visit but this one didn’t live up to expectations and was double the price.

Positive: Great location and easy to find. Comfortable bed and furnishings.

Negative: Being so close to the highway it was a little noisy at times. The cabin isn't very well insulated from the cold, necessitating the prolonged use of the heating.

Positive: Dog friendly, parking next to property. Clean, spacious, nice locality. The central gsmes atea and bbq loojed good but had own deck. Good wardrobe set up with case stand.. Comfy bed and pillows, duvet warm enough for temp good towels etc Visiting in warmer weather would be totally different!

Negative: The building is not great for colder temps and needs more heat options for bedroom and bathroom. Crockery poor with no decent wine glasses, need: larger pan so can cook pasta or similar and sharper knives. Sink in bathroom unusually low!
