This renovated dairy is surrounded by lush green pastures, rolling hills and blossoming fruit trees, making it a tranquil, country getaway like no other.
Set on 135 acres, the nicely furnished property consists of three spacious bedrooms and one large bathroom. All bedrooms include fans for the warmer months, fresh linen and bath towels, with plenty of space to store your clothing and other holiday belongings.
The stylish kitchen complete with polished concrete floors and wooden bench top is equipped with all the necessary mod cons: gas stove, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, and stainless steel dishwasher and fridge, ensuring your stay is effortless.
The open plan kitchen overflows onto a large, cosy lounge room where the entire family can spend quality time together, watching TV and drinking hot chocolate in front of the warm, combustion fireplace.
Outside entertaining is made easy with an undercover dining area fitted with a BBQ, and wooden table and chairs. A fire pit rests near by, which is ideal for kids to toast marshmallows in the winter and adults to unwind over a glass of red.
With Harley Hill just behind the cottage - adventure awaits! Grab your gumboots and get ready to explore the bush track, where a 25-minute walk will gift you with sensational views of the Shoalhaven. Access to the popular Broughton Creek is also a stones throw away, and a perfect picnic spot. Or hop in the car and be at Gerroa Beach in approximately 8 minutes.
As it is a working cattle farm, there are two other residential lodgings located on the property, with the owners respecting your privacy and space at all times during your stay.
This rural property is ideally located just a 5-minute drive from the township of Berry, giving you limitless opportunities to feast at the many cafes, explore the world-class wineries or splash about at the unspoilt beaches that this area is famous for.

Summary: Harley Hill farm is lovely spot. The house is well kitted out and feels cozy. The location was just perfect for our short break with our children, close to the beach and also close to the town of Berry which is also lovely. Our hosts (who live in a different house on the property) were warm and hospitable but left us alone to enjoy ourselves. The highlight for our younger children was feeding the chickens each morning. We will be back!

Summary: Nice little property situated on a farm close to Berry and the beach. We enjoyed the roaring fire that kept the house nice and toasty even though it was freezing outside! Was nice to see the farm animals and Maggie the dog was very welcoming. My only issue was the pillows were a bit firm but maybe I will bring my own on our next visit :)

Summary: What a beautiful place to stay for a few days of relaxation. The property is stunning, the kitchen is fully equipped and the fireplace and fire pit were mesmerising. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and our kids loved playing with the very friendly dog Maggie. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Summary: We had a wonderful two weeks at Harley Hill - our home away from home. Warm welcome followed by generosity from our host family. The home is well appointed, spacious, comfortable, user friendly for all ages and abilities. We wanted for nothing. Super cool with the need to put on the AC on a 42degree day. Close enough to Berry, and Gerroa Beach - off the beaten track so very quiet, no need to get caught up in the township of people, but close enough to pop in for that coffee, paper and retail therapy in the boutiques of Berry. Thoroughly recommend for families, couples and just that quiet get away. Thank you one and all at Harley Hill for making our Christmas and New Year of 2019 so special. Hope to return soon, J and S

Summary: We had a great time staying at Harley Hill Farm with our 4 young children. The house was very comfortable and practical. The surrounding countryside was stunning. The proximity to the beautiful and very child friendly beach at Gerroa was an unexpected delight. But the best part of all was the lovely family who live on this property. They were so friendly and their kids showed us all the animals, took us on a walk to the creek, kicked the soccer ball with our kids and even let them help build a tee pee and look after the chickens. It really was a wonderful place to get away from Sydney life for a few days. I highly recommend this property. And the photos don’t do it justice. It is a delightful spot and a very comfortable house.
