Positive: The house was stylish yet comfortable and incredibly clean. The hostess was friendly and warm. She had a beautiful chocolate breakfast cake for us. Everything about this place was pleasant.

Positive: The apartment was fabulous. Lots of space. Very comfortable. Very friendly hosts (the cakes were wonderful) as well as all the other food and drink options left for us. Great communication about gaining access etc.

Positive: This was a wonderful apartment. By far the best of those we used in our Greek trip. An extremely friendly owner who provided fresh baking, fruit etc! I cannot praise her and the apartment too highly. And very convenient for a nearby taverna.

Positive: We were very pleased to find a homemade cake as well as cookies on the counter in addition to the fridge stocked with water, bread, butter, cheese and ham to make toast. The owner lives on the second floor and was very kind. She even shared her homemade cheese pies with us and provided baking instructions. She was a sweetheart.
Negative: The air condition units were not installed in each bedroom. We understand that time didn't permit the installation before our stay, but it was quite hot in Sparti during our stay. We were happy to have fans in the bedroom and the ability to open the windows at night for some reprieve from the heat.

Positive: This is a very stylish and comfortable apartment with high quality furniture, one of the best apartments we have ever booked in various countries and towns. It was perfect for 5 people. Welcome cake and other treats were a pleasant surprise. Even lights were prepared when we entered. Modern Sparta may not be the most wonderful town in Greece, but is in a central position to visit various places in the Peloponnese.
