Summary: Room was clean, staff was friendly. The main issue was the terrible smoke mitigation from the casino. The hotel checkin lobby was incredibly smoky and most of the restaurants (except the steakhouse and the one in the golf clubhouse) were attached to the casino floor. Anyone with a sensitivity/breathing issues will have problems getting a quick and casual dinner onsite. Also, the toilet paper was the cheapest lousiest one-ply I’ve ever encountered. Unless a guest is excreting solid rock it will not be sufficient to the task.

Summary: Everything was so cool, the room was awesome and the pool was even better. Had a great time at the casino and the buffet was amazing. Will be coming back!

Summary: The staff was friendly, especially the waitress during breakfast at the cafe. The breakfast prices were reasonable. The cost of mixed drinks was very reasonable at the AMP bar. The casino was clean and there was a large variety of games to play. Self parking was easy and free!

Summary: Bell service guy complained the entire time taking bags to our room. He needs a different job, do not complain to the customer. Made some big spill about the prior ladies tip, I think trying to get us to tip large. I tip fair but I don’t want to hear complaints while checking in to the hotel. I didn’t see do not disturb sign for doors. Cookies given when checkin were excellent and guitar chocolates in room were cool. Room was very comfortable and the best bed for sleeping! I would recommend staying at this place and we will Make future plans to return! It was busy due to a concert.

Summary: Apparently our thermostat was broke. We tried raising the temp but it never changed. We reported it. Even housekeeping tried to set it higher. It never rose over 62. They did bring us an extra blanket though. Very uncomfortable. Even piled towels on the bed to stay warm.
