Summary: The hotel is in a great location, really lovely hotel , only one issue is there is no plug socket where the kettle was, we had to unplug a lamp and plug it in the other side of the room where a table was, but apart from that our stay was great ..

Summary: Nice hotel but….no parking( its a few blocks away) stairs at front you have to being your bags up, bed was pretty firm( i guess thats uk) and our room over the beatles alley ( which is cool, but also loud when a busker with a drum kit sets up belows you) also restaurant and bar close at 9 on a friday night. And its almost impossible to get food near there after 9 except the corner take away( though it wasnt terrible)

Summary: Superb deluxe twin room, incredibly spacious. Breakfast was lovely, good choice at self serve breakfast. 20min walk to lime Street train station. Hotel in the heart of The Cavern Quarter and a 5min walk to Liverpool One shopping area.

Summary: Staff were brilliant and really helpful and pleasant. Thank you. The food in the resturant was tasty and reasonably priced. The rooms were classic and the bed, linen and pillows were the best I've ever had! We had a fantastic restful sleep eventually.......i say eventually because we went back to the hotel ad After a very busy day and great evening but the noise from the front of the hotel was unbelievable! The bar opposite had drums beating away till well after midnight! Something out of the hotels control so my advice ask for a room not on the front of the building or directly above the entrance! Overall well worth the money!

Summary: Amazing hotel! As a beatles fan, I really loved it! Just the food in the North 64 restaurant is nice, but should be better in quality and price given the quality of the hotel. Go to albert dock for a good meal instead.

Summary: Everything about the hotel was excellent. The only problem we had isn’t one the hotel can do anything about and that’s the noise levels outside at night and that our room was near some automatic bollards that started to operate about 5am. Just something to take note of.

Summary: Ideally situated to The Cavern Quarter, near to shops, Albert Docs, would recommend the Liverpool one Q carpark, the hotel offers a discount code! for the carpark, room service was very good, only one thing a little disappointed that they didn’t have any Baileys or Kraken in the bar when we fancied our last night cap but other than that we would definitely return to this hotel.

Summary: Very little customer interaction apart from bombarding with emails for additional things to buy like chocolates and drinks for the room. Aircon broken, no sign of daily room service despite leaving sign on door handle as requested. Not treated like a customer.
