Summary: I would give the overall experience 4 out of 5 stars. I have more positive things than negative to say about Harbour Square. One improvement they could make would be to add clear signage that helps visitors know they have arrived at Harbour Square. The check-in office has signage, but it is still confusing since the office doesn’t say “Harbour Square” anywhere and is a part of the same building at the adjoining bar. Our suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff checked our family in very early and gave us a place to quickly settle in before exploring the island, which was a real blessing. Our suite was a balcony suite, which required climbing a set of rustic stairs. It wouldn’t be considered handicap accessible because there is no available elevator. That’s just the nature of the building, so no real complaints, though. The balcony provides a great view of the area overlooking the bar area downstairs. The suite was cool on a hot day, and I got a good night’s sleep after a long day. I was thankful to have a nice suite so close to the many businesses and the Jet Express dock! Thank you Harbour Square!

Summary: The room was very clean and staff was very nice. Very centralized to shops & restuatants. The hotel seems like part of an outside bar, surprisingly you couldn't hear the music in the room we had for 2 nights. Things for an improvement, be generous w/the towels. There is no housekeeping so you have to go outside around the corner to the office/store for the new towels. It would be nice if the bathroom door was a little further away from where you lie your head, having a barn style door that doesn't fully shut could be a problem. Lastly, we thought the pool was around the corner @ a sister property, no. You have to travel to the pool which is a pool & bar. They play extremely loud music. The pool/bar seemed like a place for 20 to 30 yr olds.

Summary: We had an amazing stay there. We had done a sailing race overnight and were exhausted from not sleeping for over 40 hours- we were allowed to stow our bags while we waited for room to be cleaned, and then allowed to check in a bit early. Took a 5hr nap and felt wonderful, we were able to enjoy the night life comfortably. The atmosphere is fun- lively, we were concerned it might be a bit noisy at night but the music stopped at 10 and I’ve never stayed somewhere so quiet! We will definitely come back .

Summary: A staff member contacted me before my arrival and was responsive and very helpful. The room is clean and spacious, and the keyless entry means I don’t have to worry about losing my key. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Summary: Recently stayed in the Deluxe Suite Garden. Overall, had a great experience. great location! The courtyard was peaceful, quiet relaxing atmosphere where we enjoyed coffee or snacks. One major plus was the bar next door—it was easily accessible, the staff was friendly, and both the food and drinks were excellent. The suite itself was very spacious and featured an open-concept loft design. Having 2 ½ bathrooms, with sinks located outside in the hallway, was extremely helpful for our larger group, allowing multiple people to get ready at the same time. We appreciated that towels were provided on each bed upon check-in, and linens for the pull-out sofas were already in the ottoman. That said, the sofa beds were a bit of a downside. One of them was slightly crooked and leaned to one side, and the mattress wasn’t in the best condition, had a few stains. We made do by layering extra sheets, but a cleaner mattress or fixed pull out base would have made a big difference. We also experienced some difficulty reaching staff in the office—we had to stop by multiple times before finding someone to help us with fresh towels. The same happened when we had questions about check-out. However, once we did connect with staff, they were friendly and helpful. On check-out day, they even allowed us to store our luggage in the office so we could explore a bit more before leaving. Overall, despite a few very minor inconveniences, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. would stay here again!

Summary: The room was spacious. The shower was somewhat small. Parking the golf cart was never a problem and you can't beat the location.
