Positive: Harbour Mansions truly exceeded every expectation of what it would be like to stay in a traditional Maltese home. From the moment you step outside the front door, you’re greeted with an exceptional view across the harbour, while the beautiful Birgu piazza is just a short walk away. The location is wonderfully peaceful, tucked amongst the narrow, charming streets that give you a genuine sense of what it feels like to live in Malta. The apartment itself combines the character of traditional Maltese architecture with modern comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated and well equipped, and the central courtyard fills the apartment with lovely natural light. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend Harbour Mansions to anyone wanting to experience the beauty, character and authentic charm of Maltese living. With public transport nearby and the ferry to Valletta within easy reach, it’s also a wonderfully convenient base for exploring Malta.

Positive: Beautifully re-designed old space with Maltese tiles everywhere and nice bathrooms and hall. The location is fantastic seeing parts of Valletta and Kalkara as you open the door. The apartment is tucked in a corner that gives it shade from the brutal Malta summer heat. Kitchen well-equipped and nice design with a spacious island.
Negative: The bedroom at the back of the apartment is very humid due to its location. There was also a bit of an insect problem with ants and flying ants upon arrival but it was manageable.

Positive: The apartment is amazing, big, beautiful and with a great view. Host were also very friendly and cooperative, they gave us precise instructions for everything we needed. Big recommendation!

Positive: Great location. Interesting old building with high ceilings and atrium in the middle. Well equipped kitchen including appliances and utensils, Efficient wet rooms.
Negative: There were no windows as such and nowhere to sit outside. Atrium didn’t work as somewhere to sit and when it rained, the dripping made loud drops which woke us up. Presumably not a problem for the majority of the year
