Positive: Great location, clean and well-equipped room, nice fenced garden for our dog was a huge plus!
Negative: Just a note for future guests: since this is not a serviced hotel, we were unsure whether we were expected to change towels or refill toilet paper ourselves during our week-long stay. We happened to ran into a member of the cleaning staff who helped us (she was very polite and friendly), but on one day we did not see anyone and were left without clean towels and nearly out of toilet paper. It would be helpful if there were clearer instructions on how to handle these items during longer stays.
Summary: It was a lovely stay - clean facility, well-equipped and comfortable room with kitchennette, dog-friendly

Negative: Two of the lights in our room, room 1, didn't work, and the heating was not on in the room so it was cold.

Positive: I liked the location and a very comfortable room with kitchenette, dining area, couch and a sleeping area. The room was clean and we especially liked a coffee machine available in the common area.
Negative: Shower gel and shampoo were not provided, neither in the rooms nor the pool/sauna area. Sauna was not working, which was a pity, since we opted for the accommodation because of it.
Summary: I would say that we had very positive experience.

Negative: The Pin code system for the door was unreliable. Initially my colleague did not receive a code and then an incorrect code was sent. My code deactivated the following day locking me out of the hotel. With no staff on site this is a problem. The phone line needs to be staffed 24hrs per day. Other than that would definitely use this hotel again
