Positive: Loved the spacious room, King sized bed, two comfortable sitting chairs in addition to the desk chair, plenty of room lighting; looked out on quiet Washington St. Good quality towels; Daily housekeeping without requesting. Had exhaust fan in bathroom. Had good selection of teas

Negative: Bathroom looked old and tired, tiles were dated and grout was dirty. Scanty breakfast. Coffee was mediocre. No conditioner or Shower cap.

Positive: I loved the simplicity of the rooms. I really appreciated the desk in the room as well. The view was nice! I chose this hotel based on the breakfast and it did not disappoint! It was nourishing and filling.

Negative: I booked this room because I thought I would have access to the hot tub. After a long day of work, that really sounded great to me. I was informed that the hot tub is not in order or they don't have one anymore.
