Positive: The property was clean, as depicted in pictures, comfortable, and in an excellent location. My family thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the hot tub, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Negative: Price. But, it is a nice house, in a great location, in the summer. So, that is expected.

Positive: The house was stocked with everything you could need. We had a small issue with one of the entry doors, and maintenance came within the hour to fix it. Very friendly! Hot tub was perfect!

Negative: The upstairs bedrooms didn't seem to get heat to them so the bedroom doors had to be left opened to stay warm.

Positive: Location was in town and close to city center. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, start up essentials, paper products, soups. The beds were very comfortable and the house met all our needs and very tastefully decorated. We could bike everywhere. We would rent this unit again if we return to the area.

Negative: The layout of lower level was a bit unusual, but it didn't effect our comfort at all. The only tv was in the lower level, but we enjoyed this because we didn't focus on tv entertainment.

Summary: Very enjoyable stay.
