Positive: The location is the best for us. We love looking out on the bay at Waldport. This year the hot tub was working and it was wonderful!!!

Negative: It would be nice to have a ladder or some access to the beach right below. Minor detail.

Negative: Sugar ants every where and bed in master makes noise with any movement. Jacuzzi don't work and only one shower in other bathroom!

Negative: the king bed was broken and very uncomfortable to the point we were sore from sleeping in it. the tv was extremely small. jet tub doesn’t work.
