Summary: Service was excellent as always, room was nice but not as clean or nice as the last couple years. The small table wasn't very clean and the base was dirty with food crumbs on it, both chairs were stained with numerous stains. The rest of the room was clean and the balcony view was excellent.

Summary: We needed a last minute place to stay for the night. Booked around 8pm. Would be checking in late since we had just sat down at a restaurant. About 10pm got a call from the Inn letting us know where our keys would be left as she was going home for the night. This was slighly concerning since the booking website stated 24hr front desk access. Thankfully we arrived and easily found our keys and notes on information for ice machine, breakfast hours etc. Our room was 1st room on 3rd floor (remember no elevator). We found it to be quite large and comfortable. We found the breakfast to be basic but worked for our needs (coffee, juice, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, 1 type cereal). In addition, they did have take along snacks such as nutrigrain bars, granola bars, bananas, apples, oranges and cold water bottles. Couple perks to our room was the jetted tub, yummy handmade soft caramels at the bedside and 3 windows. We also discovered the next morning in talking with another guest and the AM innkeeper that there is a lady who lives on property to handle the after hours issues should there be any so technically they do have 24 hr "desk person". We would definitley consider visiting the Inn should we be in the area again.

Summary: Second time staying here and again it was wonderful! It’s very quiet, an older hotel but lovely and comfy! Our room on second floor had view of the the “music fountains” every night!

Summary: Beautiful location close to Grand River...adequate parking...no elevator was the only drawback

Summary: Place was great, as always, however this is no working fan or vent in the bathroom of room #31, and there should be since it gets pretty steamy from the shower. LOVE this cute little Inn and always enjoy the friendly welcoming staff and unique spin on each room!
