Positive: Husband and I had the best time at HARBOR HIDEAWAY #C301! The view and location on the bay, distance to resort pool and restaurant were perfect! Was quiet - almost never heard the neighbors. Price was good.

Negative: Dated dishes that were water stained and dirty. Dishes had dried food on them. They refused to let us check in even 10 minutes early and their checkout time was 10am, which is way earlier than most hotels/establishments. Parking could be an issue (getting a spot close to your unit), but we mainly walked, so wasn’t a problem for us.

Positive: Beautiful view of the bay, bridge, and boat docks. Beds are comfortable, bathroom counter is spacious. Sounds insulation was enough that we weren't bothered by others, and baby waking at night was okay. Neighbors and present staff are friendly.

Negative: Prepare for 10+ emails about your stay from Vacasa. If you don't want to send ID online, a long phone call or two are required. Our stay was briefly cancelled over this, and we were stressed about it until we arrived and had our keys. I will avoid Vacasa as much as I can after this experience.

Summary: Cosy space in a great location. But it's Vacasa. Prepare for emails.
