Positive: We had an amazing time at Mike and Donna's place. The hosts are very friendly and have created a lovely appartement to enjoy yourselves in. All facilities are of the highest standard (e.g. extensive range of kitchen equipment). We loved the view from the room and made use of the jacuzzi and barbecue multiple times. Also very useful to be able to use the washing machine to clean your clothes. Probably one of our favourite places we stayed at in New Zealand. Would definitely recommend anyone to book a few nights here!

Positive: We had an incredible stay at Mike and Donna’s. The property is beautiful and they had thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay. Special mention for the breakfast! Also lovely touches like leaving us some vegetables from their veg patch. They were delicious on the BBQ! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we were back for more Abel Tasman hikes!

The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and thoughtful touches ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. Culinary Delights- Mornings at Harakeke were a treat, as we looked forward to starting our day on the patio for breakfast. The spread included local fresh fruits, jams, cheeses, homemade chutney, and bread, showcasing the best of New Zealand's local produce. Evening Relaxation- As the day wound down, we found ourselves drawn to the spa. Sitting in the warm waters with a glass of local wine while admiring the setting sun was truly magical, offering a perfect end to each day of our stay. Local Exploration- One of the highlights of our visit was the wealth of local knowledge shared by our gracious hosts.
