Positive: Fast reply to my booking, the hosts were friendly and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable, modern and clean and there's a kitchen area. It's close to the metro and bus station,and there's a supermarket and some snack shops nearby (which stay open a bit longer). The neighbourhood is residential and quiet.

Negative: No air con, which would be useful to get the heat and moisture out. Seat if the toilet was loose.

Positive: The room was spacious and the facilities were excellent: comfortable bed, modern bathroom (with hot water quick to come), strongbox, etc. It is also well located and very safe. The owner and the staff are very nice and friendly.

Negative: The room lacked a bit of light, which made it a bit cold and humid at times.
