Positive: Very peaceful and private. Lovely outdoor area, which at the time we visited (May) gets lots of sunlight, overlooking a large field of what looks like tall oat grass (if you get hay fever, you might want to take an antihistamine). Simple, but large interior with all the facilities you might need. Only a five minute drive to a good supermarket, and a few minutes further to the beaches.
