Summary: Happy Days on the Beach is the perfect accommodation for families. The location is perfect and the owner was very responsive in his communication and ensured we had everything we needed. Doubt we’ll stay anywhere else again on Moreton Island.

Summary: We initially noticed that the host was a poor communicator when he wouldn't answer any questions about the property for months prior to the booking. When we managed to get in contact the host confessed that he had double booked for the time at the end of our stay but was willing to arrange compensation in the form of barge fees etc when we reached the island. The host then refused to answer most of our phone calls. The only compensation we received was free linen hire and 6 pieces of firewood which does not come close to the amount of money that we are now out of pocket. We won't be using this host again.
