Positive: Altogether very cozy ambience and spacious room. It is a bit farther away from the centre but then again Edinburgh is not the biggest city. And there are the Haymarket station and bus connections just few minutes away. We arrived very late due to a delay in our flight but the check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Overall, even when there were some things I did not like, the stay was very comfortable.

Negative: The room had high ceiling but you could hear the footsteps and the floor creaking when someone above your room was moving. The water pipes (?) seem to be built in the wall from the sleeping room so every time someone was flushing the toilet you could hear that as well.

Positive: Everything was lovely! the staff were great and super helpful! the room was clean and nicer than i expected from their images! i had great time staying there!

Negative: honestly nothing... the location is more residential and quite far from the old town but Edinburgh is no nice and easy to walk around so i didn't mind it at all!
