Positive: Amazing structure, with swimpool for kids and sauna/relax place for adults. The rooms are big and comfy, the restaurant perfect.

Negative: While the staff at the restaurant speaks fluently English and makes their priority to make the guests at comfort, the reception isn't too... accomodating. There was no leaflet with info like wifi password or opening time for breakfast and dinner. Small things.

Positive: Very nice and huge hotel, with a lot of services. I really liked the parking garage and it was useful. Bathroom was the best. The restaurant was good, nice food, the young, hungarian waiter was very funny, an entertainer!

Negative: there were no curtains or blinds on the window. I don't understand why 80-year-olds like to show themselves naked in the sauna area, if it is written that the use of bath towels is mandatory, but this is an Austrian tradition :)
