Positive: The building is located outside of the city centre which gives you the opportunity to get a good rest after the whole day of exploring. I felt safe in the area day and night. The apartment itself was clean and I had all the necessary facilities. Even a kitchen area, which I didn’t use though. Hot water was not a problem. I got all the instructions via WhatsApp and the communication was easy. The security guard was also very helpful.

Positive: Booked this place late at night due to a mix up, they was already expecting us! (5 mins after I booked). Room was huge with good facilities

Negative: Water doesn’t stay hot, the room had a bath but couldn’t use it due to the water not staying hot long enough

Positive: Large Service Apartment-style hotel located in a bustling commercial area. Bedroom, Living Room and Bathroom were very large and had 2 tables/desks. Had a laundry machine and dryer we could use and an elevator Staff was very responsive for requests, and helped us smoothly check in at 4am. Located on a street where car's can drive, so very easy for taxi drop-off (not the case for all hanoi hotels). Would stay here again

Negative: Didn't clean the room while we were there. Not quiet (we were on the 2nd floor on the street side, higher floor rooms may be quieter)
