Positive: I’ve been to Hanoi a few times, and Aria Central is now my go-to hotel. It’s in a great location, not inside the Old Quarter but within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake, or a quick Grab if you don't feel like walking. You’ll also be near the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison and the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long. The neighborhood is quieter and much more walkable than the Old Quarter, which I prefer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the rates are reasonable, and I found it better value than several other options I’ve tried in the past. Breakfast isn’t included, but that's not an issue, as there are plenty of good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. A WinMart supermarket just steps from the entrance is a convenient bonus. The hotel is also a very short walk from the train station, which is handy if you’re planning to take the train to your next destination. Huge thanks to all the staff, they made me feel genuinely welcome. Special thanks to Quỳnh, Công and Quân: Quỳnh always made sure everything was perfect, Công assisted me with my transport arrangements, and Quân even helped me practice Vietnamese, which I really appreciated. They were kind, friendly and always ready to help. Cảm ơn rất nhiều! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back soon.

Positive: The bed was really comfortable and the room is simple and cute (interesting bathroom set up). The service has been amazing - every staff member is super friendly and talkative to the guests. Kelly helped us book a free walking food tour, the Ninh Bjn tour and massage from downstairs - along with some discounts. They really looked after us around the train situation (leaving late and arriving early) - allowing us to shower before the train even after check out and giving us a room early to rest in after the early train back. They even brought us a takeaway breakfast as they knew we had to leave early for a tour. We were worried about being exhausted for the tour after an early train but they made us really comfortable. Special mention to Quynh for her helpfulness and friendly personality. Communication has been really good through WhatsApp.

Positive: Friendly staff, near the train station, train street, old quater, gold shop to exchange money... very convenient

Negative: To exchange money, you should go to a gold shop because it doesn't cost much in exchange fees. Because I didn't have much time to exchange money so I exchanged it at the hotel. However, there was an exchange fee because they were a hotel, not a bank or a gold shop. Tourists should be aware of this and understand it.
