Positive: Good location. Breakfast was ok. Chief engineer saw us struggling to get in our room. Identified a fault with the card reader and fixed very quickly. Really very appreciated. Other staff friendly and helpful too.

Negative: Cleaning every other day. Bathroom a bit tired.

Negative: The breakfast wasn't good due, to the fact there was no meat choices available. The bagels crumbled when pulled apart to be toasted

Positive: Door would not close or open with out a lot of force. Very difficult experience. Bathroom had no fan and black mold in the shower. Breakfast was very limited, no fruit the second day. Parking was horrible and it had to be a valet.

Negative: The breakfast, had something out in the afternoon or evening like other Hamptons do. This was way below the food standard and room cleanliness of any other Hamptons I have been in

Positive: Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. Location was great.

Negative: My only disappointment upon arrival was there are no 1st floor rooms, I hate elevators. However, I can see why rooms on the 1st floor is not an option at this location.
