Summary: I stayed over 3 nights and it was a bit disappointing. My room smelled like mildew. The room’s carpet was damp and didn’t dry up till the next day. Rooms were fully booked so we couldn’t change. The pool looked murky/had a film on the top anytime I checked on it during the stay, so we didn’t swim at all. Also, one of the elevators is scary sounding and feeling like it isn’t in its best condition. They had signs up saying no more than 5 people at a time in the elevator, so I assume maybe something was wrong with them. On our last day, the power went out three times and it took about 10 minutes for it to come back each time. Our favorite part was breakfast!

Summary: Great staff. Nice breakfast. Clean. The building and finishes are dated. The bed was mostly comfortable. HVAC control in common areas was lacking and elevators had issues. One down, one that did not exude confidence. It was a good price for a good night of rest.

Summary: Like - the people at the front desk. Coco is tremendous, so much so that I have messaged the manager about her. I had a problem with noise, and she handled it both professionally and expediantly. Dislike- the hotel is showing its age, just like the town that it's in, Waterbury. Two elevators, one doesn't work, and wasn't working last year at my last stay neither. Out of a 6 day stay, the pool was closed for 5 days, and was ice cold the one day it was open. It's between a highway ( Rt 84 ) and a main road, so you will hear outdoor traffic noise.
