Summary: The breakfast area was too small for 10 floors of people. The cleaning people were very rude. 1 elevator was down for maintenance, so the cleaning staff held the other one on the laundry floor all morning one day. The bathrooms are in very poor conditions.

Summary: We've been to this location several times. Today we believe was a one off. The room a/c did not work. Woke up to an 80 degree room. Set it to 70 cool. It just kept rising. Other than, everything else is superb

Summary: Breakfast was great. Yhey accomdated a large important family bereavement event that was greatly appreciated. The front desk hosts were extremely accommodating for the situation that will make for great family stories for years to come.
