Summary: Never had the breakfast due to my own time constraints but it looked good. Unfortunately, the foyer coffee was just tepid in the evening and I couldn’t access any channel on the room TV, but minor points. A good hotel overall with very friendly staff.

Summary: It was okay. I endured as I was a bit shocked when i arrived. This was not the typical experience and Hampton Inn or Hilton Honor I am use to seeing. I just equated it with the area. But, for the price I truly expected better. The pool was very unclean looking no pumps. The breakfast wasn’t anything like what I’ve had at a Hampton Inn even during Covid. Ice machine broken on 1st floor. Loose cords running from the stairs to the floor. I brought a guest and I literally felt embarrassed about my choice of stay.

Summary: Very comfortable room, but in need of some minor maintenance. A/C unit in room pretty noisy. Nice hot breakfast. Pool did not seem well maintained. Location of hotel is near shopping and food.

Summary: We chose Hampton Inn because we were confident that it would be a decent place to stay. Unfortunately, the property is very run down. Our room had a broken closet door, the shade did not go up, there were no hangera for towels in the batand no toilet paper holder. The ceiling was peeling and the bathtub had not been cleaned out fromthe last people that stayed. It was very disappointing. This is the first bad experience we've had with a Hampton Inn. We would not return to this location.

Summary: the room was bad the neighbor was extremely loud all night long and the hotel staff was inadequate to deal with it properly. so it ended up costing me $32 a night more just to switch the room to a decent room. i will not use hotels.com again
