Positive: The staff were absolutely amazing! So polite and kind to us and my children. Gave them coloring pages and even held onto a toy my son left at breakfast for us. They let us know when it was storming as we were headed to the pool so we could wait, helped us with the breakfast food and even made my kids feel so welcome.

Negative: Mattresses were sort of hard.

Positive: It was very clean.

Negative: I know it was not the fault of the hotel but we had to be very careful not to drink the water because of a situation theym town was going thru. We had no drinks at breakfast luckily we had drinks. We had to wash up and brush out teeth with bottle water.we could shower just not intake any water. They should have had bottled water at the counter to get. They gave me one bottle of water cause I asked for it. Other than that it was very nice.

Negative: Employees walking into the room with out knocking. Or announcing themselves. Make sure guests have checked out before walking in room. Employee did it twice the today of check out. When check out in at 12. Employee tried walking in but latch was on. Second time I was just out the shower in a t shirt n panties n Employee walked in room.

Positive: Room was nice as well as the staff. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Negative: I requested grab bars for shower. They were not very good as far as location. Bath tub floor was slippery - no traction. Also, the shower head hose was stiff and the bracket to hold it up kept slipping down making it difficult to use.

Positive: We asked for a handi-capped room and the original room we had did not meet that qualification so they moved us to another room that was a suite. Very nice.

Summary: The hotel was very local to shopping and restaurants.
