Summary: Overall our stay was ok. Our room was clean but not what we expected. The first room was what we had payed for, unfortunately the air conditioner was not working properly and we had to be relocated to a different room. They relocated us to an accessible room without a couch. Not what I had payed for. The air conditioner was fine and the room was clean. I was told by staff that there would be an adjustment and the manager would be contacting us. Neither of which has happened.

Summary: Clean room dark curtains a plus I worked nights and had to see a company near by and it was very comfortable and quiet Breakfast was great fantastic service

Summary: No cups in our room (deck gal took care of that). no plates in the breakfast area. No attendent to ask for plates so we had to use bowls. No big deal but a bit odd.
