Positive: The property is always clean and noise free.
Negative: The woman at the front desk at check in was busy conversing with her own gentlemen visitor. She didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. She was abrupt and a bit on the cold side.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable. I had visited Sumter SC many times but this was the best, looking forward to another visit

Positive: Austin was awesome. He was very friendly when I was checking in and he texted me everyday to make sure my stay was going good and if I needed anything to let him know. I thought that was so nice of him to check on us. Never had i had the staff to check on me everyday too see if I needed anything and to make sure everything was ok. He was the best. I appreciate his kindness and the wonderful service he provided while I was there. Thanks Austin.
